First Semester CS Courses This fall semester will be the first semester for me in UW-Madison, I'm taking CS. Few ECE/MATH classes are still open but I realized I can swap out one of these classes for some gen ed class. + you talk about reindeers 90% of the time. Good luck lol, 522 was probably the hardest course I've taken so far and I've taken a good number of upper level math and physics classes. I'm trying to graduate by December 2023 with 3 requirements left, which I'm planning to clear like so: CS 577 in summer 2 soft/hardware courses in…. Something like a 10/15 hour per week average just for the projects. Taking Math 340 (linear alg) first helped a little bit, but CS240 was very well taught on its own without introductory material.
